Welcome to the Spoken Network Partner Manual.

This manual is written with a single purpose in mind; To make it as easy as possible for you to use (to its full potential) the Partner Administration System.

We hope that in reading through this manual (not necessarily 'Start-to-Finish' but as you hit new sections within the Partner Administration System) you find the instruction clear and understandable. We have written the sections assuming very limited previous knowledge or experience, so as to cater for all-comers to this powerful system.

Within this manual's pages, you will find a number of chapters (or Topics) under which there are sub-topics. These Topics and sub-topics are covered off in the same order that their respective content matter appears on the Partner Administration Site. In this regard, the manual structure closely follows the Partner Administration Site structure, and so should be easy to relate to as you work through your site creation, fine-tuning and promotion works.

This manual is produced in two different formats: This 'static' document and also a 'live' online version. It is our intention to continue to work on this manual, therefore changes will be appearing within the 'live' version of this document over a period of time. These changes will reflect additional (or changed) functionality on the Partner Administration Site but also any feedback you, the Partner, may have in reading its pages.
